To complain about problems with your car or issues you may have about the credit agreement simply go to the contact page on this website and click make a complaint. This will give you the opportunity to tell us the nature of the issue and the Unity team will get right back to you.
If we fail to satisfy you with our response or resolution, then we suggest direct referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service who will then investigate on your behalf.
